1. Order Cancellation Requests

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipment.
  • If you refuse delivery of the shipped order, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Before Shipment: Refunds for orders cancelled before shipment will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • After Shipment: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the item has been returned.
